Adventure & Landscape Photography

—a Minnesota-based landscape, wildlife, and astrophotographer who’s happiest when I’m out exploring with my camera and my trusty hat. From the North Shore to Iceland, I’m always chasing wild places, dramatic weather, and those fleeting moments of light that make a scene feel alive. I love the thrill of heading down an unmarked trail, following the glow of an aurora on the horizon, or waking up long before the sun to see what the world looks like before anyone else is out there… even if I’m questioning that 3 a.m. alarm the whole time.

Over the years, my adventures have taken me across frozen lakes, up rugged cliffs, through quiet forests, and into some incredibly remote places where the only company is wildlife and the sound of the wind. I’ve chased auroras across icy shorelines, watched waves explode against Lake Superior’s cliffs, tracked moose on the Gunflint Trail, and flown drones over landscapes that feel untouched and wild. I’ve also carried far too much gear up mountains that looked flatter on Google Maps—but that’s part of the story, and part of the fun.

Through my prints and storytelling, I hope to bring a piece of that adventure into your home and inspire you to find your own wild places—whether that’s a big trip across the world or a quiet moment on a local trail. At the very least, you get to enjoy the view without freezing at 2 a.m. while I’m out there making it happen.
